Softery.io isn't a big, faceless company. It started as a small software studio in Upstate New York in late 2025, built around a pretty simple idea.
I kept noticing the same thing over and over: the hiring process is broken. It's automated, impersonal, and overwhelming. People aren't getting rejected because they aren't good enough. They're getting filtered out by systems.
And advice alone doesn't fix that. Better tools do.
